Notice addressed to the holders of personal data in possession of IRANIXE, gestión y producción de arte contemporáneo, A.C.:

IRANIXE, gestión y producción de arte contemporáneo, A.C. ("IRANIXE"), with address 16 September 58 after. 422, colonia Centro, Alcaldía de Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06000, in Mexico City, informs you that, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its regulations (the "Law"), your personal data, which may include sensitive data, referred to in the documents provided by you, which are obtained by personal references and which may be generated by reason of the possible employment relationship with IRANIXE, will be processed for identification, operation, administration and analysis thereof, as well as for statistical purposes, and may be transferred to entities which are directly or indirectly part of IRANIXE for purposes similar or analogous to those referred to herein, safeguarding their privacy.

To limit the use and disclosure of your data, IRANIXE will maintain security and confidentiality policies and procedures, in accordance with the Law.

Holders may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and revocation of consent, by sending a request to the following email address julian@iranixe.org. All applications sent to IRANIXE, regardless of the means used by the holders, must:

Include the name of the holder and address or other means of communication to receive a response to your request.
Accompany the application with an official identification of the holder.
Include a clear and precise description of the personal data on which the rectification, cancellation or opposition, or in its case the revocation of the consent, will be made.
